From Response to Prevention
Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, caring and suppportive environment. Yet, for many children, protection systems become visible only after harm has occured.
The Bal Suraksha Collective beleives that protecting children must begin much earlier, within families, communities and the everyday spaces where children live, learn and grow.
Drawing on the experience and local knowledge of it’s member organisation, the Collective seeks to strengthen community-led approaches that recognise vulnerability early, address risks before they escalate, support families and connect children to responsive public systems.
